The Cert 4 Training and Assessment is a versatile qualification. It meets the needs primarily of those wanting to deliver and assess accredited training; in an area they have current vocational competencies for, in a Registered Training organisation ie TAFE or Ballinger Training and Consultancy. However this qualification also meets the needs of those who have a role in training and assessing the performance of others in their current employment, or those aspiring to have this responsibility in a future role ie supervisors and team leaders.

Gaining the Cert 4 Training and Assessment will mean that you have the competencies to design and develop training programs to meet a range of client needs, to deliver training, to facilitate learning – whether it is in a workplace or in a formal training environment, to provide workplace coaching or mentoring, to assess competence both formally and informally, and to provide feedback and promote peak performance in others.
