Don’t Forget Your Veggies

Of course, we couldn’t get to the end of this without mentioning the importance of vegetables. If you’re struggling against emotion food cravings where you’ve built up a psychological habit of NEEDING to eat, you should head towards green, leafy vegetables. If you’ve been keeping the other portions of your diet healthy and burning off energy through exercise, your emotional cravings should go away in just a matter of time, but until then, you can chow down on as many lettuce, spinach, bok choy or watercress-based salads as you want without hurting your weight loss rate. Don’t worry too much about how to get rid of food addictions if you haven’t gotten your meals or your exercise regimen under control yet – by and large, taking care of the greater will in turn take care of the lesser, and there’s no need to force yourself to change every little habit at once to get a thinner, healthier body.
